But if you're a purist looking to consume liquid, raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the mother, we recommend you blend your ACV with water or other liquids, or use it in apple cider vinegar recipes for powerful results.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a cup of hot water, add raw honey to taste, and enjoy.
